Xidi

Contemporary poet, novelist and calligrapher. He has won dozens of awards, including the Chinese Literary Arts Medal (New Poetry Category), the Outstanding Young Poet Award (Taiwan), the First Prize of the Macao Medal for Middle Grade Fiction, the First Prize of the Macau Literary Festival for Short Fiction, and the Macau Literary Prize, etc. His works have appeared in dozens of literary journals both at home and abroad, such as Chinese Literature and Artist, Selected Works of Literature from Taiwan and Hong Kong, Cao Tang, Poems of the Jiangnan Province, and Qiu Shui (Taiwan). For two consecutive years, he has been selected by the Center for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Literature of Nanjing University as one of the “Best Overseas Chinese Poetry Works (Ten Works)”. In recent years, he has been committed to cross-boundary poetry, collaborating in installation art, modern ballet, environmental theater, etc. Some of his poems have been adapted into ballads; he made his directorial debut in 2024 with the short film “Exile”.
