Biography
Un Sio San is a poet and essayist from Macau who has published collections in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taipei and Macau, winning several awards including the “VSC/Luce Foundation Chinese Poetry & Translation Fellowship”, “New Star – People’s Literature Prize of Poetry” and “Macao Literary Award”. She has degrees from Peking University and the University of Toronto, and draws from both Western and Asian influences. She was invited to several poetry festivals in United States, Portugal, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Her published works include: Exile in the Blossom Time, Wonderland, Here, Naked Picnic, Song of Migrants, Bitter Lotus Seeds.
