River Cities

The thematic exhibition “Rivercities Crossing Borders: History & Strategies”  includes drawings and photographs depicting Macau’s evolution and its relationship to the Pearl River including views from different artists and photographers. Additionally, for the pivotal role he played in the city’s planning, we are including a set of drawings made by architect Manuel Vicente in the 80s, during the planning stages for the Praia Grande Bay Project, which opened the way for a new front of urban expansion in the city that still today holds great potential deserving of exploration.
