Poon, KamYing Jenny 潘金英

Hong Kong author (pen name also known as the Grimm Sisters), she has published more than 90 works of children’s literature. She’s currently serving the Open University of Hong Kong as tutor, Committee member of the Federation of Hong Kong Writers, columnist of Takungpao newspaper, and host of radio cultural program “Books Open Fun”, and “Literature Poetry” at Community Involvement Broadcasting Service (CIBS). She delivered talks at Hangzhou Children Drama and Education Conference and at the Macau Teachers Centre. She also presented papers at the 35th IBBY New Zealand, Tatung University Conference on Juvenile Novels, and Ibby AORIC 2017. She won the Children Poetry Award and Story Writing Silver Pen Award in Hong Kong. Her recent books are We all have Dreams, Duo Fountains, The Disappearance of the Truth: 12 Cases of Mystery, The Magic Sweater, among others.
