LUO ZHICHENG

Born in Taipei, Lo Chih-ch’eng (LUO ZHICHENG) graduated from the Department of Philosophy of National Taiwan University. After working as editor for China Times Literature Supplement for two years, he went to study at University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he earned an M.A. in East Asian Studies and completed course work in the doctoral program. Since returning to Taiwan, he has assumed various editorial positions at newspapers and magazines and has taught literature and Journalism at several universities.

He has published books of poetry and prose, critics essays, travel literature and translations. He has received several significant Literary Prizes and organized 2002, 2003 and 2010 Taipei Poetry Festival.
