Biography
Kei Hong (Addison) Wong graduated with Music Composition master degree in full-scholarship from the University of Oregon (US). He then served as the musical director, teaching composition and theory, directing jazz band and choir as well as producing annual Christmas concerts and musicals at the Bushnell University (US). Since moving back to Macau in 2020, Hou Kong Dance Group commissioned him to write ‘Lai Chi Vun’, which won the 19th Macau Music Award Ceremony Favorite Award. Macau Jazz Promotion Association produced Wong’s original jazz composition concert in three consecutive years (2021-2023). Wong served as a part-time music instructor at the University of Macau and Macao Polytechnic Institute. While leading the choir Ocean Walker, he serves as the director of the Macau Soul Music Association.
