Karolina Válová

Karolina Válová, Ph.D. works at the Faculty of Arts at Carolina University in Prague, where she teaches Portuguese literature. In 2018 she defended her dissertation “The transformation of the house (an analysis of house in 20th century Portuguese novels)” which mapped the conceptualisation, representation and above all the metamorphoses of domestic space in the prose of Carlos de Oliveira, Vergílio Ferreira and Lídia Jorge. She is founder of the project “100 František / Jorge Listopad”.
