JOSÉ BASTO DA SILVA

Born in Macau in February 1971. He has a degree and a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra and specializes in Project Management. He worked at Leal Senado and later moved to Coimbra, where he was a director in a private company. He then returned to Macau where he is currently a civil servant.
