JORGE A. H. RANGEL

Mr. Jorge Alberto Hagedorn Rangel has been President of the International Institute of Macau since December 1999.

He was a member of the Macau Legislative Assembly, where he chaired the Commissions on Constitutional Affairs, Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees and Rules of Procedure and Mandates, President of the Macau Foundation, a member of the Macau Government and a member of the Drafting Committee for the Basic Law of the Macau SAR.

He has directed several public bodies, chaired the Education, Youth and Sports Councils and carried out wide-ranging academic, cultural and associative activities with international organisations.
