Carlos Morais Jose

Carlos Morais José was born in Lisbon in November of 1963. Having earned a degree in anthropology he relocated in 1990 to Macau, where he resides to this day. He has worked in journalism, advertising and publishing and is currently director of the newspaper Hoje Macau and head of a publishing firm. The Archive of Confessions (O Arquivo das Confissões in the original Portuguese edition of 2016) is tenth in a line of books he has authored, all published in Portuguese, alongside others in genres including poetry, chronicle and comic strip.
